Rights Group Issues Report Warning of Declines in Human Rights: “World Report 2013”- Nigeria.

 The Human Rights Watch  has issued “World Report 2013″on the  Warning of Declines in Human Rights around the world. It is a 665-page PDF report  which formed the  23rd annual review of global human rights practices. The report shows essays, photos, and country chapters.

The Human Rights report on Nigeria states that, attacks by militant Islamist group, Boko Haram and abuses by government security forces have led to spiraling violence across the northern and central Nigeria….
