Mirabel Centre, 13 others named leading organisations changing lives of Nigerian women, girls

The African Women Power (AWP) Network has named Mrs. Itoro Eze-Anaba and her organisation, the Mirabel Centre as among 14 individuals and leading organisations changing lives of Nigerian women and girls.

AWP Network, the number 1 platform for African women entrepreneurs in it’s latest report published on its website said; ” Mirabel Rape Crisis Center, founded by Itoto Eze-Anabais, is an initiative of Partnership for Justice, which supports victims of rape and sexual assault. The center provides survivors an opportunity to gain access to free forensic medical, legal and counselling services.”

Other leading organisations according to the report include; Awesome Treasures Foundation, founded by Jumoke Adenowo; AWP Network, founded by Mary Olushoga; Diaspora African Women’s Network (DAWN) , founded by Semhar Araia; Kudirat Initiative for Democracy, KIND Nigeria, founded by Hafsat Abiola-Costello.

Others are; Moremi Initiative; Nigerian Women Fund, led by Olufunke Baruwa, She Leads Africa, founded by Yasmin Belo-Osagie and Afua Osei; WAAW Foundation, founded by Unoma Okorafor; Wellbeing Foundation, founded by Toyin Saraki; WiMBiz; WITIN, founded by Martha Alade; WTEC, founded by Oreoluwa Somolu-Lesi and WOWE, founded by Tori Abiola.
